Root Canal Sealer-Apexit Plus-Ivoclar

Available as Base and Catalyst. Base has Calcium Hydroxide along with Collophonium and fillers. Catalyst has Disalicylate along with Bismuth salts to make it radiopaque. It is used as a sealer during the obturation part of Root Canal Treatment procedure. It has very low solubility, high marginal strength and very less setting shrinkage, thus making it an ideal material to be used as a sealer.
